【摘要】:TheseriesofInternationalStandardscoveredbyParts3-10,3-21,3-22,3-23,3-24and3-25ofIEC60332specifiesmethodsoftestfortheassessmentofverticalflamespreadofverticallymountedbunchedwiresorcables,electricaloroptical,underdefinedconditions.NOTEForthepurposeofthisstandard,theterm‘electricwireorcable’coversallinsulatedmetallicconductorcablesusedfortheconveyanceofenergyorsignals.Thetestisintendedfortypeapprovaltesting.TherequirementsfortheselectionofcablesfortestingaregiveninannexA.Theflamespreadismeasuredastheextentofdamageofthecablesample.Thisproceduremaybeusedtodemonstratethecable’sabilitytolimitflamespread.ThispartofIEC60332coverscategoryCandrelatestocablesinstalledonthetestladdertoachieveanominaltotalvolumeofnon-metallicmaterialof1,5lpermetreoftestsample.Theflameapplicationtimeis20min.Themethodofmountingusesthefrontofthestandardladder.Thecategoryisintendedforgeneralusewherelowvolumesofnon-metallicmaterialarerequiredtobeevaluated.ArecommendedperformancerequirementisgiveninannexB.
