【摘要】:InordertobecertainthattheenduserofanalyticalresultsobtainedfromusinganASTMCommitteeD-19testmethodcanbeconfidentthatthevalueshavebeenobtainedthroughacompetentapplicationofthetestmethod,ademonstrationoftheproficiencyoftheanalyticalsystemmustbeperformed.Appropriateproficiencyisdemonstratedbyachievementofperformancecriteriaderivedfromresultsofthetestmethodcollaborativestudy.TheQCmeasuresspecifiedinthispracticemustbeincludedineachASTMtestmethod,asapplicable,toensurethequalityofmeasurements.InorderforusersofD-19testmethodstoachieveconsistentlyvalidresults,aminimumlevelofQCmustbeperformed.ThisminimumlevelofQCisstipulatedinthispracticeandbythetaskgroupsdevelopingD-19testmethods.Ifthespecificrequirementsoutlinedinthispracticearenotapplicabletothetestmethod,alternativeQCmustbedefinedinthetestmethod.1.1Thispracticeprovidesspecific,mandatoryrequirementsforincorporatingqualitycontrol(QC)proceduresintoalltestmethodsunderthejurisdictionofCommitteeD-19.1.2ASTMhasadoptedthefollowing:PolicyonimplementationofrequirementsforaqualitycontrolsectioninstandardtestmethodsgeneratedbyCommitteeD-19onWater.
GENERAL8212;ByJuly29,1998,oratthenextreapprovalorrevision,whicheverislater,everyD-19StandardTestMethodshallcontainaQCsectionthatisinfullcompliancewiththerequirementsofthispractice.NEWCOLLABORATIVETESTING8212;AsofJuly29,1998,eachcollaborativestudydesignshallincludeaQCsectionaspartofthemethodtobetested.Priortoapprovalofthestudydesign,theResultsAdvisorshallascertaintheappropriatenessoftheQCsectioninmeetingtherequirementsofthisPracticeandPracticeD-2777,andshalladvisethedesignerofthestudyofanychangesneededtofulfilltherequirementsofthesepractices.Beforeacollaborativestudymaybeconducted,approvalofthestudydesignbytheResultsAdvisormustbeobtained.OLDERVALIDATEDMETHODS8212;StandardtestmethodsthatwerevalidatedusingD-2777-77,D-2777-86,orD-2777-94,whenballottedforreapprovalorrevision,shallcontainaQCsectionbaseduponthebestinformationfromthehistoricalrecord.Whereappropriate,informationderivedfromtherecordofthecollaborativestudyshallbeutilizedforthispurpose.TheintroductionoftheQCsectionintothesestandardtestmethodsshallnotbeconstruedasarequirementforanewcollaborativestudy,thoughtheSubcommitteemayoptforsuchastudy.AnyinformationavailableregardingQCorprecision/biastestingshallbeincludedintheappropriatesectionsofthepublishedmethod.
